Washington Patient Safety Coalition’s Northwest Patient Safety Conference is back May 7, 2019 at the DoubleTree Seattle Airport with a full day of sessions around the theme Raising the Bar on Compassion for Patients and Providers.

The event will show us how compassion fits into every aspect of care and include breakout sessions covering topics of empathetic engagement with patients, compassionate care for caregivers, innovations in improving diagnoses, a special track on communication & resolution implementation following adverse events, and more, with each talk introduced by a first-hand patient story.

We ask that these requests be received at least a month in advance of the event. We will do our absolute best to accommodate requests, and will be in touch directly should we be unable to. Currently, we are looking into the availability of ASL interpreters and will make every effort to provide these should we receive requests.

Late Bookings and Cancellation Policies
Canceled ​registrations ​are ​refunded ​the ​amount ​paid up through 24 hours prior to the event. ​All ​attendee ​rates ​​incur ​an ​additional ​$25 ​surcharge ​if ​booked ​within ​24 ​hours ​of ​the ​event ​(including ​event ​walk-in ​registrations).
